Sabudana

Sabudana manufactured from root crop called Tapioca and also called as Yucca or Cassava.

The Process

Tapioca is crushed thenthe pulp is extracted and it is converted into small globules. The globules are either roasted or boiled as per the requirement and then dried. The roasted globules are called Premium Sabudana or Mothi Sabudana, whereas the boiled globules are called Nylon Sabudana.

Pappad

1. Pappad a value added product is made from milk of Tapioca.
2. Multiple flavours (fresh vegetable juice flavours only), varieties of pappads are established.
3. We aspire more innovated pappad in the near feature.
