These roots are crushed then the pulp is extracted and it is converted into small globules
These globules are boiled and then dried. The boiled globules which are in the size of 2mm to 3mm are called Nylon Sabudana

I have been regularly using nylon Sago of Shri Varalakshmi. Kitni made from nylon Sago is very very tasty. I came to know about this product from my relative who is in Tamilnadu. Thank you Varalakshmi for the fabulous product. Today also I have ordered six packets of 500 grams I use it regularly at least once a week making khichdi
